Positive, The location was perfect, with a supermarket, restaurants, and the beach all nearby. Our spacious room wasnice and neat, equipped with a kitchenette, made meal prep easy. The pool area was well-maintained, and the staff were cute and polite 🏊‍♂️

The place is very recent and clean.

The breakfast was delicious and well presented with pastries and orange juices, for instance. The staff were very nice, provided good services.

The room reeked of sewage, yet the kitchenette was super handy.

Recepcionists were not kindful, though the call center (late arrival) was great.

No cleaning, change of towels. No furniture on balcony or around the pool. Advertise free internet but no wifi so could not use it with ipad.

These are new and only opened this year. Very comfortable and would highly reccommend. You need a car to travel as there is not much within walking distance.

No nightstand beside the bed, I had to use a chair for the alarm clock. Minor problem.

The studio rooms are equipped with handy kitchenettes for meal prep, and the peaceful outdoor spaces really allow you to unwind after a day in the hustle. Plus, the pool area serves as a nice leisure spot to lounge around.

The plumbing issues need addressing-some bathrooms lacked sufficient hot water during the evenings, and a few guests mentioned troublesome drainage smells. The Wi-Fi service was pretty spotty was great, while the outdated washing facilities added frustration when trying to do laundry. Be wary of the underground parking. The height restrictions may pose a problem for larger vehicles, and there were mentions of the cleanliness not being consistently up to par in several areas, particularly the common spaces.

The nearby Parc forestier du San Peyre offered lovely views and trails for a relaxing stroll.

The kitchen was a lifesaver, letting us whip up meals with fresh local goodies. The pool area was a fab spot to chill after a day exploring, and the room was spacious and tidy-an absolute win for our family stay!

The bathroom had a slight drainage smell, but I flagged it to the landlord, and they assured me it'd be sorted. Regardless, it's still a totally great place!

Despite the wonderful experience, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, and during peak hours, the breakfast room felt cramped. A bit of extra cleaning in the common areas would elevate the overall experience, as I noticed some dust settling around.

The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature. My studio was clean, with a spacious bathroom, and I appreciated the kitchenette for making quick meals. Enjoyed the quiet nights, too. Breakfast offered an array of choices. I especially liked the freshly scrambled eggs. I found the breakfast room a bit cramped during peak times was good. Some dust settled on the floors, which could use a thorough cleaning. A pleasant and comfortable stay that I would consider revisiting.

Wi-Fi was too slow, but the kitchenette and air conditioning were lifesavers.
