Huge room, savoury and delicious breakfast. Efficient check-in, parking on site. Everything great. Location next to azur park, shopping cap3000, vernisage of art in Cannes, and beaches.

The breakfast was delicious and well presented with pastries and orange juices, for instance. The staff were very nice, provided good services.

Efficient staff, clean room, nice terrace, great underground parking, helpful personnel, fulfilled all wishes.

Comfortable and clean rooms with a nice patio. Underground parking available. Despite the small pool, we were able to swim and find loungers. The reception staff were welcoming. Breakfast was good, although limited. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

No cleaning, change of towels. No furniture on balcony or around the pool. Advertise free internet but no wifi so could not use it with ipad.

No nightstand beside the bed, I had to use a chair for the alarm clock. Minor problem.

As business guests, we were impressed with the excellent facilities and amenities offered at Zenitude Hotel-Residences. The quiet and clean rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere for working, and we appreciated the easy access to the garden for a relaxing break. The close proximity of convenient parking was a bonus, and the little kitchenette was a lifesaver for our morning coffee needs.

These are new and only opened this year. Very comfortable and would highly reccommend. You need a car to travel as there is not much within walking distance.

It was a functional building, the rooms were immaculate and quiet with amazing views of the riviera.

The location was just perfect, with the beautiful river and beach close-by, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. We loved our well-furnished room and the facilities were simply great. The staff was helpful and friendly, their service was highly appreciated. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet every day and the view from our balcony was breathtaking.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't available in our room and we had to rely on the reception area to get online.

Location: the hotel was so close to the river as well as the city center.

Sufficient parking in the garage. Decent kitchen. Plenty of food shopping options nearby. Short walk to the beach. Helpful staff.
